The Maddox lenses are mounted in trial rings in your choice of several orientation. Maddox lenses are available as a set with White, Red or individually.:

5012R Maddox Red – 45º to handle
5014R Maddox White – 45º to handle
Maddox in Trial Rings also available with with saw kerf index mark at top of Maddox lines so it is easy to identify the angle of the Maddox (see photo). Maddox lines are oriented 45 degrees from center of handle in the trial ring frame:
